Spring is in the air and so is the smell of Kickstarter fever.
After launching on March 3rd, I’m happy to announce that the campaign for The Tides That Reign Special Authors Preferred Editions reached its initial funding goal of $3,000 in less than 24 hours! That is a spectacular start and one that I could never have imagined achieving so quickly.
We have now crossed the halfway point of the campaign duration, which will close its digital doors on March 27th at 9:00 am PST.
Crossing that initial goal means that the project successfully funded (as long as it doesn’t dip below that marker). However, the Kickstarter does not stop there. As more and more pledges are collected, the campaign will cross additional funding thresholds that will unlock “Stretch Goals,” or upgrades to the existing tiers!
We have already unlocked the first three of these additional “Stretch Goals,” which means:
- All physical orders will include a pack of four stickers!
- All hardcover copies will feature an attached ribbon bookmark
- All backers will have access to Audio Commentary for each book
