Well, folks, this is it! The countdown has officially begun for the end of a reign.
That’s right, the fourth and final book in The Tides That Reign saga is on the horizon. Titled In the Wake of the Blade, this grand finale will conclude the dark, epic fantasy tale I began crafting nearly eight years ago.
It seems like I say this with every new release in The Tides That Reign series, and yet it rings true. Book four is the most challenging work I have ever written. Weaving together the many, far-reaching plots opened over near half a million words into one cohesive and satisfying finish was no small feat. That it retains my vision for the series as a whole feels like nothing short of a miracle.

Of course, I also realize I have not completed fulfillment of my last Kickstarter. As of writing this, the special edition hardcovers for Design of Darkness have yet to arrive from the printer. Books 2 and 3 are already in my possession. So as soon as the last books arrive, I’ll get those packaged up and shipped out! Thank you so much for your patience!
