Summer is still in full swing, but with the days getting shorter, I find myself in a more tranquil mood.
Don’t get me wrong, sunshine is great, but I prefer the stillness of a dark morning over full sunlight at 5am. I like to ease into the day, even though I’m pretty fast at shaking sleep.

Book Things
It feels like I’ve been teasing it for ages, but the audiobook for Design of Darkness is finally here (well almost)! Recording is complete and pre-orders are now open through my website.
Jordan Moore did an incredible job giving the world of The Tides That Reign a voice. He breathes so much life into each of the characters that, in listening, I almost felt like I was experiencing the story for the first time. If you have been hesitant to dive into The Tides That Reign because you prefer listening to epic stories, then now’s your chance to get into this series!
The audiobook will be released August 5th, pre-order links for the major retailers are not available yet, but I will send those out as soon as they’re up. So if you prefer to listen through platforms like Audible, Spotify, or Chirp, those are incoming.
